Bring a form of picture-identification (like a driver's license).

We recommend that first-time patients or patients coming in for an

Annual Examination or bloodwork fast before their visit.

(No food after 10 pm the night before your visit.)

  • Self-Pay; full payment due upon checkout

Bloodwork:  $160

Urine Test:  $35

COVID-19 Patients

First Visit:  $575 - $660

(depending on age)

Follow-up:  $295
